1. About our service
Sahayak Seva helps individuals and businesses with online forms, documentation, tax and business registration, iHRMS support, printing and design. We are a private service provider and are not affiliated with, or an agent of, any government department or portal. We assist you in preparing and submitting applications; the final decision always rests with the concerned authority.
2. Engaging us
You engage us by contacting us (mainly on WhatsApp) and confirming a service. Before starting, we will tell you the documents required and the applicable fee. Work begins once you confirm and provide the necessary documents.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, genuine and complete information and documents.
- Ensure you are authorised to request the service (for yourself, or as a guardian/authorised person).
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
We rely on the information you give us. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or false details supplied by you.
4. Fees & payment
Our fee is quoted before we begin and is for our service. Government fees, statutory charges or third-party costs (where applicable) are separate and payable as advised. Payment can be made by UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, cash or card. Please pay only through the methods and to the account we tell you.
5. Timelines & outcomes
Many tasks are completed the same day, while registrations, certificates and approvals depend on the relevant government portal or office. We will give you a fair estimate and keep you updated, but we do not and cannot guarantee a specific approval, result or exact timeline that is controlled by a government authority.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your documents and information as confidential and use them only to perform your requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that task. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays, rejections or actions by any government department, portal or third party.
8. Intellectual property
Designs, logos and creative work we produce for you become yours once the work is paid for and delivered. The content, layout and branding of this website remain the property of Sahayak Seva.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patiala, Punjab.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
