1. Who we are

Sahayak Seva ("we", "us", "our") is a private online-services, documentation, printing and design provider based at Shop No. 2 (Basement), Near PRTC Workshop, Nabha Road, Patiala – 147001, Punjab, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp/phone at 91155 52911 or by email at info@sahayakseva.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to serve you:

• Information you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email — such as your name, contact number, and the documents or details required for the specific service you request (for example an Aadhaar number, PAN, photographs, forms or business details).
• Anonymous website usage data — when you tap a "WhatsApp" or "Call" button, we may record a non-personal event (which button, which page, the date and time) to understand which services people need. This does not include your name, number or any personal identity.

This website itself does not have any registration form, and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information

• To complete the service you have asked us to do.
• To contact you about your work, share updates, quote a fee, and deliver the result.
• Where a service requires it, to submit your details to the relevant official portal or government department on your behalf and with your consent (for example UIDAI, Income Tax, GST, MCA, Passport Seva or the Punjab Government portals).
• To improve our services using anonymous, aggregated usage data.

4. How we protect it

We treat your documents and details as confidential. We use them only for the work you request, share them only where necessary to complete that work, and do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal requirement.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only: (a) with the official government portal or department needed to perform your requested service; (b) where required by law; or (c) with trusted service partners strictly to deliver your work (for example a printing partner). We do not share it for marketing by others.

6. WhatsApp & other platforms

Because we communicate mainly through WhatsApp, your messages with us are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Please avoid sending sensitive documents to any number other than our official 91155 52911.

7. Your choices & rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information after your work is complete — just message us on WhatsApp.
• You can choose not to share a particular document, though this may mean we cannot complete that service.

8. Children

Our services are meant for adults. Where a service relates to a minor (for example a child's Aadhaar or certificate), we deal only with the parent or legal guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Please check back occasionally.
